Also: geeky aside: one of the math majors last year did some research on like differential equations or something else I don't understand for their thesis. Whatever. Upshot is, the application for the research is human balance. That we're constantly rocking from side to side and forward and backward, and like all rocking things, we *should* fall over a lot. But we don't, usually. So there's like a subconscious part of us that's always checking our balance and correcting it in the most efficient way so that we don't fall over.
